Burpees are nice, jump in Hostels, Hotels, Hallways – you can do them literally everywhere!
But doing Burpees together is much more fun. You can push each other to your limits. Happy to have Willis joining me on my Burpee Challenge so we did a nice set of 6×25 in Port Douglas at the beach.
He did very well – I was impressed, since usually people I train with give up quite early or just not used to Burpees. Reminded me when I started in 2015 with my Freeletics. Was done after 20 reps.
That day I hit my 3.000st Burpee this year – still way to go but I know I can make it!!!
Willis, keep up the good work – I’ll keep checking on your progress mate!
I believe this means you are 10-11% further than me on this goal. Which means it’s time for me to get crackin’. Thanks for the inspiration.
