  1. bring steak to room temperature, take it out of fridge 90 minutes before BBQ
  2. start heating up the charcoal – wait until it’s thoroughly burned and nice red heated
  3. place naked steak directly on charcoal
  4. turn after 4-5 minutes
  5. take off and let rest for 8-10 minutes
  6. cut & serve with just some sea salt
  • 2,5 kg of good charcoal
  • 1 big cut entrecôte á 500g
  • sea salt
