As breakfast or snack. This Trout Avocado Mousse is great and healthy with lots of protein!

  1. Mix trout, avocado, onions, anchovies, cranberry jam, capers, lime juice,  salt & pepper in a blender
  2. If texture isn’t smooth enough, add some cottage cheese
  3. Present on toasted sour dough bread
  4. Sprinkle some seaweed and add basil for decoration
  • 250g smoked trout filets
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 scallions
  • 3 anchovies
  • 1 tsp cranberry jam
  • 1 tsp capers
  • salt & pepper
  • Optional 2 tsp cottage cheese
  • sour dough bread
  • seaweed & basil for decoration

Serves 4 person for breakfast or 8 as snacks
