Carrot Potato Mash – I love the mix with the sweetness of the carrots & the little crunchiness. Lots of butter & parsley & hint of nutmeg finish it to perfection 

  1. Chop carrots & potatoes into pieces
  2. Boil together in salt water until potatoes are done
  3. Carrots will be tougher but that’s on purpose
  4. Drain & mash with masher, its fine if potatoes & carrots remain little chunky
  5. Season with fresh pepper & nutmeg
  6. Add hot milk & butter and stir until smooth nice texture is reached
  7. Finish with freshly chopped parsley
  • 350g carrots
  • 500g potatoes
  • 50ml hot milk
  • 50g butter
  • salt & pepper
  • Bunch of chopped parsley
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
