Ceviche, Peruvian raw fish…cured in lime juice & spiced with chilis.

  • Chop salmon into nice little cubes
  • Add lime juice, chili, spring onions & coriander
  • Let marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • 150g fresh salmon filet without skin
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 chopped chili
  • 1 tbs chopped spring onions
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
