Japanese Tuna Tartare! 

This is how I like my tuna, try it the Asian way…

  1. Chop tuna tartare into little cubes
  2. Mix with shallot, coriander, chili, sesame
  3. Mix honey, soy sauce, lime juice & sesame oil
  4. Marinate the tuna in the mix for at least 2 hours in fridge
  5. Take out of fridge 30 minutes before serving
  6. Enjoy
  • 150g fresh tuna tartare
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 1 tbs chopped coriander
  • 1/2 chopped chili
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbs soysauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
