I had these skewers in Da Lat and really wanted to know how to make them.

  1. Marinate beef with garlic, ginger, fish sauce and soy sauce & let it rest for one hour in fridge
  2. Take Betel leaf and wrap it around the beef
  3. Put it on a skewer or as shown in the video to BBQ it
  4. Serve hot with sauce of desire – spicy chilli fish sauce works well
  • 20 Betel leaves (La Lot)
  • 200g lean meat
  • 5cm minced ginger
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce

Serves 2-3 person
