You can’t come to Australia without having prawns & Morton Bay Bugs. 

Cook them & enjoy with lemon and pepper! The Corona wasn’t my first choice but great at 33 degrees!

  1. Use prawns with their heads left on, but their intestinal tracts removed. Bring a large pan of salted water to a steady boil, drop in the prawns, and simmer until they change colour (about 3-4 minutes) .
  2. Drain from the water and serve.
