Vietnamese Pancakes – very traditional dish and easy & quickly made.

Mix pancake flour & crisp fried powder mix with some water & two eggs until its a thick but slightly runny mixture
Add salt, pepper and tumeric
Heat oil in big pancake pan and add the mix into the pan moving it around avoiding uneven surface
Put a lid on and bake it for around 2 minutes, add some soy beans and bake for another 2 minutes
Fold in half and serve hot
- 200g pancake flour
- 200g crisp fried powder
- 2 eggs
- 100ml water
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 tbs tumeric
- 1 big sliced onion
- 1 hand full soy bean sprouts
- frying oil
Serves 2-3 person
