NO EXCUSES like “I can’t workout, I don’t have time!” or “I’m too tired!” are nothing I can use to avoid any Burpee sets. It’s more that I’m not in a mood to do the workout. Weather is too nice, beer cold and it’s too hot. But hey, only excuses. A workout of 100 Burpees is only 15 minutes max and after I feel great the food tastes better as the beer does.

Recently hit the 10.000 mark and are now at 10.205 / 12.000 Burpees for this year! Almost there, but the year is also almost finished…tomorrow time for another hike. This time on Vietnams biggest island in the Northeast! Pics to follow later…
