Only sitting straight on cushions, learning and meditation?
Nooooo! I decided to push myself and do 111 Burpees every day. At the beginning I did them in the evening but I was so tired after the full day that I changed my routine to the morning, this was the view which I could enjoy almoest every morning.
Friends who know me – I’m not a morning person at all, but I made it. Strong determination – so I’m glad I did 1.111 Monastery Burpees!
Yay. Proud and closer to my 12.000 Burpees this year.
