The combo of sweet ripe figs, spicy chili & crunchy sesame makes this an easy & yummy dessert. Add yoghurt ice cream to balance the sweetness. 

  1. Wash figs & cut into 4 pieces
  2. Slowly heat brown sugar in pan until melted
  3. Put figs into, cut side down & slightly move around to absorb the melted sugar
  4. Flip after 2 minutes
  5. Add in chopped chilis, lime juice & sesame
  6. Stir and lift into dessert bowls, add ice cream if desired
  • 6 ripe figs
  • 3 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tbs sesame
  • 1/2 chopped chili
  • yoghurt ice cream
  • mint leaves for decoration
